One tip for writing a humours narrative is by using old material to base it on your story but mix it up with your own material and ideas. Another tip is to have an ending in your story but make sure that its the most hilarious ending for your story. The third tip is to keep your audience entertained the whole show. The fourth tip is to know your audience. By that you have to know about your audience before performing so that way you can construct the joke so that it will make them laugh. The fifth tip is to keep on going. if you say a joke and there is no laughter just keep on going.
My comedic monologue is based on different jokes and phrases with a made up ending. My second joke is based on another but with different characters and a real ending. This is funny because its different with most of the jokes. These ones have and ending while the original jokes that i mixed and altered didn't have and exact ending of what happened then rater not having a hilarious ending.
